Sweetree's Marokopa Spring is collected from late September to November from the remote west coast settlement of Marokopa, south of the renowned Waitomo caves.  Here our bees forage on hill country wildflowers, clover and native bush such as Rewarewa, Kamahi and Heketara.

Taste:	Think toffee apples and candy with beautiful floral tones at the end.
Colour:	Golden Yellow
Texture:	Soft with a slight grainy texture
Smell:	A very mild smell
