THANK YOU for taking the time to read the Sweetree online shop policies. Our goal is that you will experience a pleasant transaction and be delighted with your purchase. We strive to offer high quality products and a professional service. Please feel free to contact us you have any questions.

We are certain you will be delighted with your Sweetree purchase however, if you are unsatisfied in some way, please let us know, and we will happily address your concern.


All prices quoted on Sweetree's website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Returns Policy

Every effort is made to ensure you receive a high quality product. All of our products are checked and securely packaged before dispatch and leave our premises in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged or you are unhappy with the condition of the product, please contact us immediately. We will endeavour to replace the product/s.

If the product was damaged in transit please retain the product and the packaging, as the courier or NZ Post may need to see this as part of the claims process that Sweetree will initiate. Please do not post damaged products back to Sweetree.

We will replace your item at no extra cost or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Please note this money back guarantee only applies to products bought directly from Sweetree by internet, email or telephone order.  Please refer to other Sweetree stockists regarding their returns policy. 


If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched please do so by emailing or phoning us on (07) 829 4405.  There is no administration charge, you will be refunded the cost of your Sweetree product and the freight cost. 


We only freight within New Zealand.  In most situations, orders are delivered by courier. If you live in a rural delivery area we normally send via standard post, as this is cheaper. If you would like your order couriered to your RD address an additional charge of $4.30 will be made.

Couriered orders will normally arrive the next working day, after we see your payment in our account. The cost of freight will depend on how many items you order, the size and weight. The minimum charge is $3.50.

Orders and Payment

  1. You can place your order on-line any time of the day or night using our secure site. Simply select the items you wish to purchase and follow the online instructions on how to complete the order form, making sure you've completed all the necessary details and submit it online.
  2. We recommend you pay via internet banking or direct deposit into our bank account. We also accept credit card transactions online using the Direct Payment System (DPS) on our website.  We do accept personal cheques but these will need to be cleared before your order is dispatched.

Cheques must be payable to ‘Vitality Bee Products Ltd’ or 'Sweetree' and posted to - P O Box 21 031, Flagstaff, Hamilton.

3. Receipt of your order will be confirmed automatically.  Your order will be shipped with 24 hours of payment reaching our bank account. A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with your order for your records.

Back Orders

We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible. However we sometimes cannot accurately forecast customer demand. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, you will only be charged for product supplied. An indication of product availability will be advised on your invoice.

Privacy and Security

We guarantee that we will not sell, lease or giveaway any details you provide us, including your email address, to any other party.

All information you supply is treated as confidential and will only be seen by those who are responsible for the processing and dispatch of your order. Your personal details are stored securely, and will not be shared with anyone or used for any purposes other than ordering and contacting you.

We are periodically able to offer other products and services that we feel may interest our customers. So you may receive details of special offers from us in the future. However, should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld from these mailings. Sweetree does not disclose private information to any person or company.

Our website may contain links to other sites that are not under our control.  These websites have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.   We have no responsibilities for linked websites, and provide them solely for your information and convenience.

SSLAll online purchases with Sweetree Honey take place in a secure environment utilising the latest security technology.  Online orders are processed using the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS. Your card is authorized and debited in real time, in an SSL secure environment.
