Honey Smoothie

Honey Smoothie


  • 1 & 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 medium bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 cup Sweetree Kirikiriroa or Hakarimata honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg


In a blender or food processor, combine all and process until smooth.  You can add strawberries and substitute plain yoghurt for strawberry yoghurt if desired.
