This recipe is great for chicken or fish
Mix 4 tbsp honey with ¼ cup lime juice, grated zest of 1 lime, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger, 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil and 3 tbsp soy sauce.
Marinate chicken & fish then brush during cooking for a sticky sweet & sour finish. Add some freshly chopped red or green chili for a spicy kick!
