Honey & Orange Glazed Carrots

Who doesn't love honey glazed carrots!


  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetree Honey
  • 25g butter
  • Bunch of baby carrots, scrubbed
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a slow simmer.  
  2. Cook till carrots are tender, approx. 20 minutes.
  3. If baby carrots are not available normal carrots will work just as well.  Simply peel them and cut into even size pieces.
