Who doesn't love honey glazed carrots!
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 2 Tablespoons Sweetree Honey
- 25g butter
- Bunch of baby carrots, scrubbed
- Salt and pepper
- Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a slow simmer.
- Cook till carrots are tender, approx. 20 minutes.
- If baby carrots are not available normal carrots will work just as well. Simply peel them and cut into even size pieces.
