Ingredients
- Fresh Sourdough Bread, cut into thick slices
- Fresh Garlic clove cut in half
- Fresh Pear, cut into slices
- Meyer Gouda Fenugreek Cheese
- Sliced Pinenuts, toasted
- Sweetree Four Brothers Honey
This is a yummy Brushetta created by a local chef using local Sweetree honey.
Method
Toast sourdough and rub with fresh garlic, top with cheese and let it melt slightly in an oven, top with fresh cut pear and pinenuts then drizzle with Sweetree Four Brothers honey.
