The combination of figs, blue cheese and honey is surprising yummy.
- 3-4 ripe figs per person
- Blue cheese such as Kapiti Kikorangi or Gorgonzola, crumbled
- Sweetree Honey, warmed slightly to drizzle
Cut figs in half and put on a tray lined with baking paper. Put into an oven at 180°C for 2-3 minutes or until warmed. Remove from the oven, put onto serving plates, top with crumbled blue cheese and drizzle over honey.
