Another great breakfast or afternoon smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cups milk
- 2 medium bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup Sweetree Kirikiriroa or Hakarimata honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Method
In a blender or food processor, combine all and process until smooth. You can add strawberries and substitute plain yoghurt for strawberry yoghurt if desired.
