Beet The Thirst Smoothie

Beetroot has many health benefits so it's worth adding a beetroot smoothie to your week.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pure nashi juice
  • 85g diced cooked beetroot
  • 3 Tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Sweetree honey 

Method

Add all the ingredients to blender, whiz and serve.
