FMNZ Chairperson and Chef Chris Fortune, Auckland based Author and Chef Julie Busio and Taste Magazines contributor Luca Villari, Carlos Atkinson (Head Chef, Bowmans), Sal Grant, (Head chef, The Mulberry), Jason Horwood, (Head Chef, Eden Cloakroom), Jax Hamilton, (Masterchef NZ runner-up) and others will be conducting over 30 Cooking demonstrations in front of thousands of customers at the Festival using Farmers' Market product on the Outstanding in their fields portable Kitchen.
Sweetree honey and bee pollen will be used in these cooking demonstrations. So look out for them!
