Earlier this month Kai profiled Sweetree Honey and Bee Pollen the the 'NZ Guild of Food Writers Market Day' in Auckland. The May Day market went very well. People enjoyed tasting the honey, and it worked well on the canapés – with Andre's crostini, pear and cheese.
