Winter Poem

Autumn retreats, winter slowly drifts on a cloud,

He spreads a blanket of icy white snow over the world.

He freezes all the trees, the icicles slowly drift down,
The animals scatter underground.

As the world goes into a deep sleep,
Winter flees away as spring unfolds.
